2 Fools Cider, Naperville, IL

Tart Cherry Cider - This unique cider combines a dry cider base with tart Michigan cherry juice. Pouring a lovely shade of red, this snappy cider features an unexpectedly creamy mouthfeel. A refreshing departure from sweeter fruited cider and a cider that fans of sour beer will love.

Rose Cider - English Style Cider, rose hugh made from Michigan Blueberries.

Short Fuse Brewing Company, Schiller Park, IL

Impending Doom – Imperial Stout, 10.5% ABV, Dark, rich and velvety mouthfeel comes from a hefty portion of roasted barley. Using a blend of American hops to balance the heavy grain bill releases a fresh aroma of pine and herb to pair with the dark cocoa aroma.

Miskatonic Brewing Company, Darien, IL

The Craven - Dry Stout · 5.3% ABV A bold roasted, yet subtle, malt profile. Rich and satisfying, an entire case of lemons is peeled and infused with the rind to give it a citrus twist. Our dry Irish Stout has a bold roasted, yet subtle, malt profile.

4204 Main Street Brewing Company, Belleville, IL

Two Hop - IPA · 7.2% ABV This West Coast Style India Pale Ale Features Legacy and Cascade hops. Dry floral hop notes upfront with a clean citrus hop finish.

Church Street Brewing Company, Itasca, IL

Tale of the Shony – Scottish Ale · 5.1% ABV Chocolate and roasted barley malts contribute to this dark-colored brew, rounded out by notes of sweet caramel and mellow roast. Robust, yet drinkable, this beer can be enjoyed in the cold months of winter or the dog days of summer.

Brimstone, IPA · 6.8% ABV Brimming with Cascade aroma, giving this tangerine-beauty a fruity and refreshing nose. Large quantities of late addition hops contribute to the high IBUs, creating a bold bitterness that’s rounded out by notes of citrus and grapefruit with a slightly dry hoppy finish.
