Chef Beth Peterson will have an array of cheeses laid out alongside wines poured by Joe Bonk from Louis Glunz Cellars. Beth and Joe will take tasters knowledge of cheese and wine to the next level giving everyone the confidence needed to host their own cheese and wine party!
