What better way to enjoy a wine then to compliment it with regional cuisine stemming from that very same region? Saturday, March 21st kicks off the first tasting of our Spring Tasting Series, “Wine and Food around the World.” The goal of this new series is simple: to pair a region’s ethnic flavors with wine varietals and styles native to that region. Joining us on this journey is Chef Fred Miller, who will be creating all of the amazing hors d'oeuvres for this dynamic series. Chef Fred has served as an Executive Chef with Navistar and Eurest Dining Services since 2003 and attended The Culinary Institute of America where he earned his A.A.S degree in Culinary Arts. Mark your calendars for one...or all three of these exciting tastings!
